Notifications
Get notified when your filters fire so you never miss a setup. Available on Pro and Trader plans.
vyx supports three notification channels: Email, Telegram, and Sound (browser). You can enable any combination.
Email notifications
Receive signal alerts directly in your inbox.
How it works
Email notifications are batched — rather than sending an email for every individual signal, vyx groups recent signals and sends them in periodic batches. This keeps your inbox manageable even when multiple filters are active.
There is a cap of 50 emails per day per account.
Setup
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Enable Email notifications
Emails are sent to the address associated with your vyx account.
Telegram notifications
Connect your Telegram account to receive signal alerts in real time.
Setup
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Click Connect Telegram
- Follow the link to start a conversation with the vyx Telegram bot
- Send the verification code shown in your settings
- Once connected, you’ll see a green “Connected” status
What you receive
Each Telegram notification includes:
- The pair that matched (e.g., BTCUSDT)
- Which filter triggered it
- The timeframe
- A link to the signal chart in vyx
Sound notifications
Get an audible alert in your browser when a signal fires.
Setup
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Enable Sound notifications
Sound notifications play a short alert tone whenever a new signal arrives while you have vyx open in your browser. This is useful if you keep vyx open while working on other things.
Note: Your browser may require you to interact with the page at least once before sounds can play (this is a standard browser security policy).
Choosing what to receive
You can configure which filters send notifications. If you have multiple active filters, you might want notifications for some but not all.
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Toggle notifications on or off for each filter
Notification frequency
Notification frequency depends on your filters:
- Strict filters (multiple conditions) — Few notifications per day
- Broad filters (single condition, low timeframe) — Many notifications per day
If you’re getting too many notifications, either add conditions to your filter or disable notifications for that specific filter.
